The panels are consistent in size but vary in thickness depending on the tank height and the tank diameter and designed for installation onto a reinforced concrete foundation beam. The panels are joined vertically using a series of Hot Dipped Galvanized high tensile bolts. to protect against sewere climatic conditions, tampering or other unforeseen problems, external bolt caps are fitted to the tank on each bolt

Our Heavy Duty Self Supporting Dome Roof structure is designed for use without the requirement of internal vertical support columns. Dome Roof Sheets are connected to Hot Dip Galvanized structural Roof Truss members which are secured with a strong bolted connection to the tank wall, giving a direct load transfer from the roof structure to the tank wall and then to the ground.

Internally, we utilize a High Grade, Heavy Duty impervious PVC membrane liner with an internally woven reinforced scrim to provide high water pressure resistance.
